Guys, please note that the date for the invitation rinks has been changed to Saturday 31st March to avoid a clash with the same competition at Prestwick IBC. Andy will check with all previously entered teams that their entry is still ok for the new date

I would like to thank all the players and supporters who attended our end of year party on Friday night. A good night was had by all. Personally I would also like to thank all the player who voted for me to be player of the year, however I must say that my job all year was made very easy playing with Billy, Ian and Alan who were all exceptional all year, without them I would not have got the award ( well done guys). Let hope the club has a good end to the season and I fore one am already looking forward to next season.

As a vibrant, foxy single lady considering joining the heady heights of becoming a bowler along with the chance of coupling up with all you single ardent enthusiasts out there I have been doing my homework in relation to bowling clubs in the area. My perusal of your singles page not only left me in a state of shock, dismay, permanent jaw drop and sore ribs from laughing but has ultimately encouraged me to pursue an alternative choice of hobbie, knitting......at home!! Quite frankly, it seems the safer option as I have the feeling your profiles and those of your associates will flash up on other dodgy registers, websites or bowling clubs!! My greys and whites have been swiftly returned to the shop, the proceeds from the refund now a scarf and socks!! All joking aside I wish you all good luck with your bowling and the pursuit of the "Holy Grail", love and kissing. Cheers
